Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

1. Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

2. How to initiate

Email Info@stoltglobal.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 2 business days with pickup or drop-off instructions.

3. Refund timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing time may add a few extra days.

4. Exchanges

We offer free one-time exchanges for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

5. Non-returnable items

Customized products, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. Hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned if unopened.

6. Damaged or wrong items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
